**Returning Items for a Refund:**

To initiate a refund for your item/s, please adhere to the following process:

- You may request a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date of your item. Once your request is approved, you'll have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

- Ensure the item remains unworn and in its original condition.

- Kindly note, we reserve the right to decline a refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or has been used in any manner.

- In cases where free shipping was provided based on the order value, should the return of item/s reduce the order value below the threshold, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

- Please be aware that Mystery Items/Boxes/Orders are not eligible for refunds to the payment method or store credit. However, size exchanges are available if the requested size is in stock.

**Exchange Policy:**

Should you wish to exchange your item, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

- You can opt for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Similar to returns for a refund, ensure the item remains unworn and in its original condition.

To proceed with an exchange, please visit our return portal and enter the relevant details from your order.

 

**Free Returns Policy:**

Please note, we do not offer free returns. We recommend insuring your parcel for the full value of its contents, along with tracking and signature for postage. Retain any proof of postage and tracking until your refund has been processed, as we cannot proceed with the return without receiving the item.

 

**Faulty or Incorrect Items:**
